Colorado Springs – It’s amazing the things you learn about people at a home show.
Triple C Restoration, Inc. / Hurri-Dry Nationwide was recently an exhibitor at the 2020 Colorado Springs Home and Landscape Show Feb. 7-9 at the Penrose-Norris Event Center. If you had visited the home show, you would have found us four booths on the right side once you entered.
We were sandwiched between The Gazette and the very nice owner of 360-Degree Painting. We were also directly across from Renewal by Andersen. You may remember them as the sales people who tackled you and jumped on your neck to get you to sign up for their raffle for free windows. It was frustrating for myself and 360 Painting owner Scott Kewley to watch so many people highly interested in what our businesses could do to help them, but then watch them being almost-harassed by the call of a raffle which not many seemed to want to participate in anyways.
Regardless, my time sharing the immense ways Triple C Restoration can help people with 24-hour emergency damage restoration services, including water damage restoration, fire and smoke damage restoration and mold remediation in the Colorado Springs area and along the Front Range of Colorado was very well spent. I met so many interesting homeowners and heard about their nightmare stories.
I also met several people who owned multiple rental properties, which found our certified cleaning services largely interesting to keep their rental properties in great shape with our complete carpet care, air duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, sewage backup cleaning and carpet repair, among so many more.
For this particular home show, instead of a raffle, I brought my homemade craps table from which my visitors were able to try and win merchandise, tote bags and tattoos or bubbles for the kids. No one had to provide their information. We just chatted and had a lot of fun. They learned a lot about Triple C Restoration and the disaster restoration services we provide, the certified cleaning services in Colorado Springs we provide, as well as the restoration equipment rental, sales, services and support we provide through Hurri-Dry Nationwide, and I got to learn a lot about my visitors.
I think the most popular stories I heard from my visitors was how their dogs and their kids have had so many accidents on their carpets and upholstery, which we offer upholstery cleaning services as well, it’s a wonder why people keep pets. I have a dog and three kids myself, and just because of that I would say my carpets need to be professionally cleaned at least three times a year.
We handed out a lot of information about Triple C Restoration and Hurri-Dry Nationwide that weekend. And we were asked a lot of great and insightful questions from our visitors. It’s amazing to learn the needs of so many homeowners, and how much each homeowner’s needs are unique. Fortunately, Triple C Restoration and Hurri-Dry Nationwide have the resources and the certified personnel to meet the needs of the Colorado Springs area and Front Range of Colorado, as well as the nation in the services we provide with Hurri-Dry.
I definitely look forward to meeting many more of you at the next Home Show or Expo along the Front Range or the Pikes Peak area. Maybe you will get to see us along with our new friends at 360 Painting as well.
