It is important to all of us at Triple C Restoration given the present environmental concerns with the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we maintain and evolve our company policies regarding the health and safety of our clients, our staff, technicians, vendors and subcontractors. The foundation of our industry centers on being an authority on the disinfection and cleanliness of the properties we service.

With the present situation of the spread of COVID-19, Triple C Restoration is taking additional steps to ensure our company is doing the utmost it can to prevent and hinder the outbreak and adopt the utmost of urgent caution.

Until further notice and development of the present health climate, the additional steps we have taken include:

• Adopting a "No hand shake" policy until further notice

• Requiring all technicians and project managers to wear medical gloves and respiratory protection before entering & during performance of a service property, and disposing after each visit.

• Requiring all employees to wash hands for at least 20 seconds with disinfecting soap immediately after arriving at our offices.

• Requiring all employees to wash their hands for 20 seconds after using a rest room with disinfecting soap.

• Requiring all our employees, vendors and subcontractors to maintain a "safe distance" from clients, visitors and each other.

• Encouraging our staff, technicians, vendors and subcontractors to remain at home if they are feeling ill or showing any known symptoms of COVID-19 and to seek medical attention

As we usually pride ourselves on our professionalism and courtesy, please forgive our "no hand shake" greeting as a gesture for the protection of our clients and our staff. We encourage everyone to personally take necessary steps to help our communities get ahead of the COVID-19 outbreak and help ensure the spread of the coronavirus is met with a swift and speedy end.

While some of our precautions may be considered inconvenient to some, we prefer to remain on the side of caution and responsibility for the health of those we serve and ourselves.
